NGEL has announced a total of 147 vacancies for various Engineer and Executive posts, including 43 for Civil Engineer, 69 for Electrical Engineer, 9 for Mechanical Engineer, and others across different disciplines.
Candidates belonging to the General, EWS, or OBC categories are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500. SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen (XSM), and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
The upper age limit for all advertised posts, including Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety) and Executive (HR, Finance, CSR, Rajbhasha), is 35 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
To be eligible for the Executive (RE - Finance) post, a candidate must be a Qualified CA or CMA with a minimum of one year of post-qualification executive experience in the area of Finance/Accounts.
The selection process may vary. It could either be a multi-stage process involving a Computer-Based Test (CBT), experience evaluation, and an interview, or shortlisting based on experience followed by an interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the cumulative scores from these stages.
The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) for the selected candidates for all posts will be Rs 11,00,000/- per annum. This package includes fixed and variable components, HRA, medical benefits, and other allowances.
