Yes, NCC certificate holders receive bonus marks in both Paper-I and Paper-II. NCC 'C' certificate holders get 5%, 'B' certificate holders get 3%, and 'A' certificate holders get 2% of the maximum marks in each paper, which are added to their normalized scores.
