Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has announced a total of 40 vacancies for experienced professionals. These positions are distributed across various disciplines and levels (E-1 to E-6) for its Ramagundam Plant in Telangana and Corporate Office in Noida.

Candidates must possess the essential/mandatory educational qualification (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, MBA, CA/CMA, MBBS) with a minimum of 60% marks (unless specified otherwise for CA/CMA) from a recognized University/Institute. They must also have relevant post-qualification work experience ranging from 1 to 18 years, depending on the specific post and level. The maximum age limit for UR candidates varies by post, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, and ExSM categories. The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria is July 31, 2026.

The non-refundable application fee for UR, OBC, and EWS category candidates is ₹1000/- for posts at E-5 & above levels, and ₹700/- for posts at E-1 to E-4 levels, plus any additional bank processing charges. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

The selection process for RFCL Experienced Professionals involves an initial scrutiny of applications and submitted documents. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview. In the event of a large number of applications, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) may be conducted in Delhi-NCR and/or other cities to shortlist candidates for the interview. Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks.

RFCL offers an attractive pay package. The pay scales range from ₹40,000 - 1,40,000 for E-1 level posts to ₹90,000 - 2,40,000 for E-6 level posts. The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) per annum ranges from ₹14.20 Lakhs for E-1 to ₹31.95 Lakhs for E-6. This includes Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances (35% of Basic Pay), Company Accommodation/HRA, medical facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS), Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other welfare schemes. Medical posts also receive a Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) of 20% of Basic Pay.

Selected candidates will initially be posted at either the Ramagundam Unit in Telangana or the Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, depending on the specific post. However, RFCL reserves the right to post them in any Unit/Office across India at the discretion of the Management. Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.

The maximum age limit for Unreserved (UR) candidates varies by post, generally ranging from 30 to 50 years as on the cut-off date of July 31, 2026. Age relaxations are provided for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), up to 10-15 years for PwBD, and as per Government of India guidelines for ExSM. The maximum age of the applicant, after all applicable relaxations, should not exceed 56 years.
