The selection process involves application shortlisting/screening, an online written test (comprising Subject Knowledge Test and Executive Aptitude Test), and a personal interview.
Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks, along with a full-time two-year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/Advertising & Communication/Public Relations or a combination thereof, with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.

The selection will be based on 85% weightage for the online written test marks and 15% weightage for the interview marks. Candidates must qualify separately in both stages.
