The online application window for ITBPF Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor) Recruitment 2026 will close on 27th October, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
There are a total of 16 vacancies for the post of Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor), with 14 for Male candidates and 2 for Female candidates.
Selected candidates for Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor) will be placed in Pay Level-4 of the Pay Matrix, with a salary ranging from Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month as per the 7th CPC.
Candidates must possess a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Psychology as a subject, OR a Degree from a recognized University with Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent.
Candidates must be between 20 to 25 years of age. The crucial date for determining age limit is 27th October, 2026. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 28th October, 2001 and later than 27th October, 2006.
Male candidates belonging to UR, OBC & EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/-. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Females, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the fee.
The selection process includes Phase-I: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST), followed by Phase-II: Written Examination, Documentation, Detailed Medical Examination (DME), and Review Medical Examination (RME (if applicable)).
