Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) is recruiting for Management Trainee (MT) in various disciplines (Commercial & Operations, Accounts, Technical, MIS, Civil, Personnel & Administration) and Assistant Officer (AO) in various disciplines (Commercial & Operations, Accounts, Technical, MIS, Civil).
A total of 77 vacancies have been announced for Management Trainee and Assistant Officer positions in CONCOR Recruitment 2026.
Candidates belonging to GENERAL (UR)/OBC/EWS categories are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹750/- plus GST for Management Trainee posts and ₹500/- plus GST for Assistant Officer posts. SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
The online registration for applications opens on August 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The last date for online submission of applications is September 30, 2026, at 11:55 PM.
For Management Trainee (MT) posts, the selection process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and/or Interview. For Assistant Officer (AO) posts, selection will be purely based on the performance in the Online Test (CBT).
Management Trainees will receive a pay scale of ₹ 50,000-3%-1,60,000, with an approximate CTC of ₹ 20.11 Lacs Per Annum. Assistant Officers will receive a pay scale of ₹ 40,000-3%-1,36,000, with an approximate CTC of ₹ 16.09 Lacs Per Annum.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 100 questions for a total of 100 marks, to be completed in 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates with Scribe). Subjects include Professional Knowledge (50 questions), English Language (10 questions), Reasoning (10 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (15 questions), and General Knowledge (15 questions). There will be a negative marking of one-fourth (0.25) mark for each wrong answer.
Yes, candidates can apply for more than one post by submitting a separate application form along with the prescribed fee for each postcode. However, they do so at their own risk, as the schedule of the examination/GD/interview for any two postcodes may coincide or exam city/centre may differ.
Yes, age relaxation is provided as per extant Government guidelines. This includes 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), 3 years plus period of service for Ex-servicemen, and 5 years for Departmental candidates.
Selected candidates are liable to be posted at any office/terminal/unit of CONCOR at any location across India, at the sole discretion of the CONCOR management. They are also liable to be transferred anywhere after initial appointment.
