A total of 1100 vacancies have been announced. This includes 1000 vacancies for Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I) and 100 vacancies for Credit Analyst-C & IC (MMG/S-II).
For Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I), candidates must be 22-32 years old, hold a Graduation in any Discipline with specific valid certifications (IC 38, NISM Series V A, NISM Series XXI-A, or NISM Series V-D), and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales of Wealth Products. For Credit Analyst-C & IC (MMG/S-II), candidates must be 21-33 years old, hold a Graduation in any Discipline and be a Chartered Accountant, with a minimum of 1 year of Banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
The application fee is Rs. 850/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS & OBC candidates. For SC, ST, PWBD, ESM & Women candidates, the fee is Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges.
The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, a Psychometric Test (or any other suitable test), followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview. The final selection will be based on the combined scores from the Online Test and/or Interview.
For Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I), the pay scale is Rs. 48480 - 2000 - 62480 - 2340 - 67160 - 2680 - 85920. For Credit Analyst-C & IC (MMG/S-II), the pay scale is Rs. 64820 - 2340 - 67160 - 2680 - 93960. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances and benefits as per the Bank's policies.
Yes, selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 12 months (1 year) of active service. A mandatory service bond requires JMG/S-I officers to serve for a minimum of 3 years or pay up to Rs. 2 Lakhs, and MMG/S-II officers to serve for 3 years or pay up to Rs. 3 Lakhs if they leave before completing the bond period.
The online test consists of four sections: English Language (20 questions, 20 marks, 20 minutes, English medium), Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude (20 questions, 20 marks, 20 minutes, Bilingual), General / Economic & Banking Awareness (20 questions, 20 marks, 20 minutes, Bilingual), and Professional Knowledge related to the Position (60 questions, 60 marks, 60 minutes, Bilingual). The total duration is 120 minutes for 120 questions and 120 marks. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
